Pouch is roughly 2/3 ounces of loose tea!

Pour 8 ounces of hot water over 1 teaspoon of tea mix to a cup and let it steep for a few minutes! Add some raw honey or stevia to sweeten if needed. <3

Ooor for bigger batches!

In a quart jar place 2 -4 tablespoons of our tea blend. Cover with hot water and let it steep for 30 minutes. Add raw honey, coconut sugar, or stevia to sweeten to taste. Store in the fridge!
